1. GeneralBy commissioning me, you agree to all the terms listed here.Major changes after sketch approval are not allowed.I will not accept requests containing illegal, hateful, or explicit content involving minors.2. CommunicationI’ll make a colored sketch for free .All communication must remain within the platform where the commission was started (e.g. Skeb, Twitter, email).Only the artist may decide if communication should be moved to another platform.If the client doesn’t reply within 5 days, the commission may be paused or cancelled.3. ProcessIf a client pays for me to focus solely on their commission, I will notify all other clients that their commissions will be temporarily put on hold.If you want me to focus exclusively on your commission, an additional fee will be required. This means I will pause all other commissions and work only on your piece.I work on multiple commissions at the same time, so delivery times may extend slightly depending on workload.I will review the request before accepting it.Once accepted, a rough sketch will be sent (if applicable).After sketch approval, no major changes to pose, design, or composition are allowed.RevisionsRevisions are unlimited.For me, a revision means that I will keep you updated during every step of the commission process.This includes showing you WIPs such as sketches, lineart, base colors, rendering progress, and any other preview needed so you always know how your commission is going.CorrectionsFor me, revisions and corrections are two different things.A correction is when you want to change something in the design because you don’t like it or are unsure about a specific part.Corrections have an additional cost, and the price will depend on the type of commission and the complexity of the requested change.Delivery time varies depending on complexity, usually 2–6 weeks. This depends on how difficult the commission is.If I take longer than the agreed time to complete a commission, I will offer a 30% discount on a future commission as compensation.

4. Payment & RefundsFull payment is required upfront.No refunds once work has started.A full refund will be issued only if I am unable to complete the commission.5. Payments PlansI accept payment plans, which must be agreed upon before starting the commission.Work will begin once the first payment has been received.The total amount must be fully paid before the final artwork is delivered.6. Usage RightsIf the client wishes to use the artwork for commercial purposes, commercial usage rights can be purchased for an additional fee, to be agreed upon before the commission starts.I retain full copyright ownership of all my artworks, including commissioned pieces.The client only receives a personal, non-commercial license to use the artwork (e.g., as a profile picture, banner, or personal post).The artwork may not be resold, edited, reproduced, or used commercially without my written permission.I may post the finished artwork on my social media or portfolio unless the client requests privacy, which comes with an additional fee.If the client wishes to use the artwork for commercial purposes, commercial usage rights can be purchased for an additional fee, to be agreed upon before the commission starts.7. Prohibited ContentI will not accept commissions that include:Hate speech, discrimination, or extreme violence.NSFW material involving minors.Editing, tracing, or reselling my art.8. CreditProper credit must be given when posting my art (e.g. “Art by Pann”).Do not claim my artwork as your own.9. Cancellations and ConductI may cancel a commission at any time if an important personal or professional reason arises.If the client is rude, disrespectful, or treats me badly, I will cancel the commission immediately with no refund.Aggressive, demanding, or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.If the client wishes to cancel the commission before it’s completed, payments for completed stages will not be refunded.

10. Privacy ClausePrivacy:Everything discussed between the client and the artist through private messages (DMs) is strictly confidential.No information, conversations, files, sketches, or shared content may be made public or sent to third parties without explicit permission.
If the client does not agree with this clause, they are free to look for another artist.
If the client breaks this privacy clause, they will lose all rights to refunds, revisions, corrections, or any previously completed work, including finished art, WIPs, and sketches.11. AgreementBy paying or confirming a commission, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
